At Marie Rizzo Consulting, we understand that the job search is not easy and understand the frustration and stress our grads go through in current competitive markets. Our mission is to help job seekers land their 'Dream Job' and we're proud to say, that since August, 2012 we’ve been helping University grads and job seekers like yourself achieve their career goals. In addition, our Career Consultants take on one disability client/year and act as personal support workers to help remove barriers (whatever they may be), so they too can enter the workplace.

For those that wish to gain more 'demonstrated experience' in their area of study, we have our Barter2L/Earn [c] program with B.O.O.S.T. [c] - a program that will enable our clients to volunteer their time in the area of study, over and above their co-op placements/internships with leading into their 'Dream Job' final destination. This program provides a competitive edge over other grads in similar programs when it comes down to the infamous interview question: 'What experience do you have working in this position'? Barter $'s per hour at current market rates are accumulated and then can be traded in full or in part for a desired good/service from a third-party party bartering company we've partnered with in the US that has billions of goods and services one can trade for. Why not barter and pay off your student debt while you're at it?
It's a win-win situation for both employers and candidates given companies gain by expanding their sales force, thus adding to their bottom line and stay on top of their competition. No other program like this exists anywhere!
Over the years, our Founder, Marie Rizzo who spent some 22 years in her 'Dream Job' in Education & Training can attest first hand how working in your field of study/interest has benefited her and her family a thousand fold! From stability [pension], to that get-up-and go every morning; continuing to fill educational market gaps, leading to a successful business which will give her years of enjoyment continuing to work in a satisfying field, she wants the same for our TOP Grads and those struggling with barriers from financial, to physical, etc. the consulting part of the business is there for this reason! As such she has worked tirelessly over the last eight years together with McMaster University Grads, Professors, Alumni Offices to create innovative career strategies and access free community resources while gaining recognition and a great reputation for her program offerings. With our unique programs and career strategies, when we place our grads in their respective areas of study, everyone benefits. When Universities say NO to Placement Agencies, we work closely with them and CAP recruiter fees to ensure our grads have more dispensable income they deserve after years of hard work and study. An affordable monthly payment plan is also offered to those candidates that qualify and deducted at source and thus being able to access our services, enter the job market as soon as possible upon graduation.
